The farm’s mission is to provide nutritious, delicious food to the community while employing regenerative farming practices. Laura’s journey to farming is as distinctive as her farm's mission. With a background in oceanography and climate change, combining her environmental passion with a desire to fight climate change through farming. Guided by the New Entry Food Hub, Laura began growing leafy greens and root vegetables, drawing on her coding and problem-solving skills to create custom crop planting software and innovate farming techniques with her mechanical engineer husband.
