Abrantie Farms LLC is a diversified vegetable production farm located at the Minuteman Airfield on the Stow/Boxborough town line. Inspired by his Ghanaian roots Tim Offei-Addo started farming in 2022, growing speciality west african eggplants, ginger and more. Abrantie Farms now grows over 20 varieties of crops including head lettuce, sweet peppers, carrots and beets. With a mix of traditional and ethnic crops, Tim strives to introduce a tropical flavor to the New England farm scene.

Abrantie Farms uses organic practices and is in the process of becoming certified organic.
