Appleton Farms is managed by the Trustees of Reservations and has operated its vegetable CSA since 2002. We are certified organic and grow on 35 acres for summer and winter CSAs, our retail farm store, and wholesale accounts. We are committed to producing high quality food for our local community through practices that build healthy soils, reduce disturbance, and promote biodiversity. We grow over 40 different types of crops, which are seasonally available for ten months of the year. The farm is 1000 acres and also features a grass-fed beef operation, a retail farm store, education and public programs, and trails throughout a diverse grassland, wetland, and forested landscape.
